These terms govern your use of the Setquence website at setquence.com, operated by OVAG Studio, Santiago, Dominican Republic. By using the site you accept them.

1. Pre-launch information

Setquence is in development and scheduled for Summer 2027. Features, timing and availability described on this site are plans, not commitments, and may change or be removed before launch.

2. Early access

Sending the contact form does not guarantee early access, a spot in any beta, or any particular pricing. Early access, if offered, will have its own terms.

3. Intellectual property

The Setquence name, logo, tagline "Sets with intention.", design and content of this site belong to OVAG Studio. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Third-party names (such as Rekordbox, Beatport, Serato, Traktor or Engine DJ) belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility plans; Setquence is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the contact form to send spam, malicious content or anything unlawful, and don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site.

5. No warranty

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OVAG Studio is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.

Enviar el formulario de contacto no garantiza acceso anticipado, un lugar en ninguna beta ni un precio en particular. Si se ofrece acceso anticipado, tendrá sus propios términos.

3. Propiedad intelectual

El nombre Setquence, el logo, el lema "Sets with intention.", el diseño y el contenido de este sitio pertenecen a OVAG Studio. No puedes copiarlos ni reutilizarlos sin permiso por escrito. Los nombres de terceros (como Rekordbox, Beatport, Serato, Traktor o Engine DJ) pertenecen a sus dueños y se mencionan solo para describir planes de compatibilidad; Setquence no está afiliado ni respaldado por ellos.

4. Uso aceptable

No uses el formulario para enviar spam, contenido malicioso o ilegal, ni intentes interrumpir el sitio o acceder a él sin autorización.

5. Sin garantías

El sitio se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos que esté siempre disponible o libre de errores.
